Jennings Terrace Gardens was established in 1993 thru the New York City Housing Authority. This development has grown due to it's consistent upkeep of the premises and tenants doing their fair share to keep it this way. Where you live in todays society you want to keep it clean, livable and affordable and through the years Jennings has been just that. We are proud to announce that Jennings Terrace Garden has officially gone Coop, effective December 1, 2008. There has been so much excitement for this development. |
